Police Arrest Third Bank Robbery Suspect
MODESTO (CBS13) – Modesto police have arrested three bank robbery suspects who are connected to a Modesto area bank holdup early Friday morning, according to authorities.
Officers were searching yard-by-yard for the third suspect in the area of Dale and Pelandale roads this afternoon.
Officers were first called to Oak Valley Bank on Dale Road this morning. Witnesses said two armed suspects entered the bank and fled in a sedan.
Officers found the suspect vehicle in a nearby neighborhood and immediately detained two suspects. But there was a third suspect in the vehicle who got away.
Police later arrested the third suspect late Friday afternoon.
