Man Suspected Of Exposing Himself To Teen Girls Arrested

MODESTO (CBS13) -- A Modesto man suspected of exposing himself several times in the past month to students near a junior high school has been arrested.

Juan Pedro Hernandez Albor, 24, of Modesto was arrested for annoying or molesting children and booked into the Stanislaus County Jail.

Albor was positively identified by his victims, police said.

Officers first learned on Aug. 25 that a suspect had exposed himself to a 13-year-old student of La Loma Junior High School. While investigating the initial report, responding officers learned that the suspect also exposed himself to a jogger earlier that same day, not far from the school.

The suspect was again seen exposing himself Aug. 31 to a 13-year-old student while she was walking home from school.

A fourth victim came forward Sept. 6 to report that on her way home there was a man on Encina Avenue near the school who was exposing himself while in his vehicle.

The same suspect again was seen Sept. 23 exposing himself in the same area. This time when the suspect exposed himself the victims were able to get a license plate of his vehicle.

Officers were able to follow-up on the license plate information and arrested Albor.
