Man Shot Dead Through Door In Modesto, Three Suspects Arrested
MODESTO (CBS13) — Three men were arrested in a deadly home invasion that killed a person inside a Modesto home.
Modesto Police say the three men tried to force their way into a home on Park Faith Lane in Modesto. The suspects shot through the door, killing the person inside. They fled the scene.
Modesto officers would see suspects' car in the area and a pursuit started. It would end when they crashed into a pole at Sutter and Rouse avenues.
The suspects tried to flee, but two of them were caught immediately.
The third got into a home on Figaro Avenue. The homeowner was home at the time, but was able to leave and call police.
The three suspects are all believed to be from Stockton.
