Man Shot Dead At North Highlands Apartment Complex
NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) -- An adult male is dead after being shot with a handgun at an apartment complex in North Highlands, according to Jason Ramos, Sacramento Sheriff Spokesman.
Police have a woman in custody in South Sacramento who is said to be the primary suspect in the case.
Authorities have not identified a motive for the shooting, nor have they released the identity of the victim.
The complex, Emerald Oaks Apartments, is located on the corner of Elkhorn Blvd. and Andrea Blvd.
