Man Hurt Escaping From Burning North Highlands Home
NORTH HIGHLANDS (CBS13) – A homeowner was hurt as he and his family escaped from a burning home in North Highlands.
The fire broke out just before 4 a.m. at a home on United Court off Ramsey Drive.
Fire fighters arrived to find the front of the home engulfed in flames.
The entire family got out of the home safely, but one man tripped and fell as he rushed out of the home. He was taken to the hospital with possible broken ribs.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
