Man Found Shot To Death In Modesto; Person Of Interest Sought
MODESTO (CBS13) – A man was found shot to death in front of a Modesto home Thursday night and detectives are looking for a person of interest.
Stanislaus County sheriff's deputies responded to the area of Mono Drive and Mono Park at 9:35 p.m. and found an adult man unresponsive in the front yard of residence. The man had been shot and was already dead by the time deputies and paramedics arrived.
Homicide detectives worked through out the night processing the crime scene and interviewing witnesses. They are now looking for a person of interest identified as Kraig Palacio, 20.
The victim hadn't been identified as of Friday morning and an autopsy was scheduled for Saturday.
