Man Found Dead In Car; Stockton's 27th Homicide This Year
STOCKTON (CBS13) - Stockton Police officers found a 23-year-old man shot to death in a car on Thursday night.
An officer on patrol heard gunshots and responded to the area of Rosemarie Lane and Manchester Avenue at 10:46 p.m. Officers found the man in a vehicle parked in the 4400 block of Manchester. He had multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The homicide was the 27th in Stockton so far this year. Last year the city broke a record with 56 homicides.
