Man Arrested With Stolen Luggage And Amtrak Conductor's Badge

STOCKTON (CBS13) – Stockton Police have arrested a man found with a stolen Amtrak conductor's ID and stolen luggage.

Police were conducting a off-road enforcement in Mormon Slough where they came across 30-year-old Terrell Hall.  Officers found hall with luggage stolen from the local Amtrak station.  Hall also had a stolen Amtrak conductor's identification card.

Hall, who was on parole for a previous crime, faces charges of felony grand theft and felony receiving stolen property.  He is being held in the San Joaquin County jail without bail.
