Man Arrested For Sexual Assault On Teen
VACAVILLE, Calif. (CBS13) -- A Vacaville resident has been arrested and accused of raping a teen girl repeatedly over a period of several years.
Police found 75-year-old Gregorio Gonzalez Rubio and a 14-year-old girl in a home on Browns Valley Road just after 10:00 a.m. Saturday after investigating a report that a juvenile had been sexually assaulted.
Officers determined the teen girl had been sexually assaulted by Rubio repeatedly over the past several years.
The Vacaville Police Department booked 75-year-old Gregorio Gonzalez Rubio into the Solano County Jail on Saturday for charges of rape, false imprisonment, sexual battery and lewd acts on a child.
