Live concerts will take place on multiple stages each day, and the Party for a Cause will also feature interactive experiences, a family-friendly country marketplace and numerous food trucks and vendors from around the country.
The evening shows at Party for a Cause will be taped for the television special ACM Presents: Superstar Duets, which will air Friday, May 15 on CBS.
“For the Academy’s milestone anniversary, we wanted more fans than ever to join us in our party and we thought it was a perfect fit to combine the ACM Party for A Cause Festival and our annual CBS special into one historic event,” said Bob Romeo, CEO of the Academy of Country Music. Previous ACM Presents TV specials include tributes to Lionel Richie and Tim McGraw and last year's honoring of the U.S. military.
The 50th annual ACM Awards air Sunday, April 19 on CBS.
