Kings Announce Pre-Draft Workouts for Payne, Cauley-Stein
The Sacramento Kings announced Monday they will host 6-foot-2 guard Cameron Payne from Murray State and 7-foot-1 center Willie Cauley-Stein out of Kentucky for a pre-draft workout on Thursday.
The Kings own the No. 6 overall pick in the NBA draft, taking place on June 25. With a shortage of point guards and centers, the Kings will be looking hard at these two players in particular.
After working out nine other draft prospects, the Kings will plan more workouts like these with players expecting to be drafted.
