The show kicked off with the rundown of the day's headlines. After touching on some off-field news stories, the guys moved on to the Lakers' alleged pursuit of Carmelo Anthony and LeBron James. To supplement the discussion, Keith pulled the ultimate troll move on Dave and revealed that he was wearing a Dwight Howard Lakers jersey, launching a debate as to whether it was out of line to wear Lakers gear at the home radio station of the Sacramento Kings.
After the Five Big Questions, the guys talked about Johnny Manziel and whether the Heisman Trophy winner's off-field transgressions should affect how he is viewed as an NFL prospect. The crew then went around the room for "Three Up/Three Down" before resetting the topics of the day so far.
Then came the Red Card Payoff - both Keith and Dave had some egregious missteps (including, as always, their inability to get through the five questions in one segment), but Keith was elected Biggest Loser - not for his Dwight Howard jersey, but for covering it up with a windbreaker that bears a "Keith Brooks Show" logo.
