Infant Dies In Fire At Vallejo Apartment
VALLEJO (CBS13) – A wind-whipped apartment fire claimed the life of an infant in Vallejo overnight.
Flames were reported around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on Kathy Ellen Drive. The fire went three alarms before it was contained nearly two hours later.
Because of the fatality, Vallejo's fire and police departments are conducting a joint investigation.
More than a dozen people were displaced by the fire. They are being assisted by the Red Cross.
