Ice Cream Man Shot Near Lodi Elementary School
LODI, Calif. (CBS13) - The search is for a suspect who shot an ice cream man near a Lodi Elementary school Thursday night.
The man was riding his bike that he uses to sell ice cream along Cherokee Lane near East Lodi Avenue just near Heritage Elementary School.
Lodi police searched the school to find the suspect who may have been hiding.
But they did not find anyone.
The ice cream man is now is recovering from the gunshot wound.
