Hit And Run Driver Sideswipes Home
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- A hit and run driver smashed through a Sacramento residence's fence and sideswiped a home, authorities said.
The car hit the home near Alamos Avenue and Rio Linda Boulevard at about 9:20 p.m., causing damage to the home and severing a gas line.
Sacramento firefighters helped shut off the gas main and PG&E crews are en route. No injuries were reported in the incident.
The driver of the vehicle fled on foot and has not been apprehended.
