Highway 50 At Watt Avenue Closing Overnight On Thursday And Friday

SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - One of the region's busiest freeways roads will have overnight closures this week. During the next few nights, Highway 50 will be closed in both directions on Watt Avenue with drivers being escorted off the freeway and back on at another ramp.

Construction on the Watt Avenue interchange will start at 11 p.m. on both Thursday and Friday, and is expected to end by 6 a.m. -- in time for the morning commute.
