Hells Angels Arrested For Attack At NorCal Casino

SANTA ROSA, Calif. (CBS13) -- Several Hells Angels gang members have been identified as suspects after an alleged gang-motivated attack on rival bikers at a Northern California casino two months ago.

The Lake County Sheriff's Office said county detectives, neighboring law enforcement agencies and FBI agents worked together to identify the four men who were recorded on surveillance footage at Konocti Vista Casino during a vicious attack on two men on June 4th.

The Hells Angels suspects allegedly targeted 39-year-old Michael Burns, who authorities described as a "validated member" of the Vagos Motorcycle Gang, and 48-year-old Kristopher Perkin.

Federal and local SWAT teams served search warrants Thursday at four locations in Santa Rosa and Petaluma. Authorities arrested 32-year-old Nicolas Felipe Carrillo and 33-year-old Timothy Bianchi, but the other two suspects, 35-year-old Joshua Leo Johnson and 41-year-old David Daniel Dabbs, were not apprehended.

Bianchi and Carrillo are facing charges of battery and fighting in public, along with a gang enhancement, and are being held in Sonoma County Jail on $500,000 bail.

Dabbs and Johnson are still being sought on similar charges, and Dabb is facing additional charges stemming from a no-bail warrant for kidnapping and torture in San Diego.

Anyone with information on the outstanding suspects is asked to contact the investigative division at the Lake County Sheriff's Office at (707) 262-4200. Both of the suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
