Daughter Of Modesto Woman Found Dead Arrested For Homicide
MODESTO (CBS13) – The daughter of an elderly woman found dead in her Modesto home on Tuesday has been arrested.
Investigators said Gisele Tadlock was not initially a suspect, they just wanted to ask her some questions after her 84-year-old mother was found dead in a home along Kee Lane.
However, the Stanislaus County Jail's log shows that Tadlock was arrested Wednesday and booked on charges of homicide and elder abuse. Police say they arrested Tadlock in the area of Oakdale Road and Orangeburg Avenue later Tuesday evening.
Tadlock, 53, is now being held without bail.
Detectives say the mother, identified as 84-year-old Gisela Dardon, died from blunt-force trauma.
A motive for the killing has not been identified by investigators.
