Forecast: Hot Weather Won't Last

WEST SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- The temperature hit 100 degrees on Wednesday in the Sacramento area and will flirt with the century mark again Thursday, but the heat wave isn't expected to last.

Summer officially ends Thursday, and by Saturday it should feel like it. Temperatures will drop noticeably, according to CBS13's Laura Skirde, with highs only reaching into the 80s. It's only expected to reach 82 on Sunday.
