Folsom Toddler Drowns In Backyard Pool

FOLSOM (CBS13) - A toddler drowned in a swimming pool in the backyard of a Folsom home.

The 3-year-old girl was found unresponsive Monday evening after she was pulled out of the pool on Porter Road.

Her father gave her CPR until emergency crews arrived and rushed her to the hospital where she later died.

Folsom Police says it was an accident and no criminal charges are being filed.
