Home Damaged By Grass Fire In South Sacramento
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - Firefighters have stopped the forward progress of a grass fire in South Sacramento.
The fire happened near 7901 Stevenson Avenue, just east of Costco on East Stockton Boulevard, and threatened as many as 15 homes.
Sacramento Metro Fire crews were able to keep the spread of the fire to 6.5 acres. One home had exterior damage and nine fences and yards were damaged.
