Fire Fighter Falls Ill While Battling Rocklin Blaze
ROCKLIN (CBS13) – A fire fighter has been taken to a local hospital after falling ill while battling a two-alarm blaze in Rocklin at a wood manufacturing plant, according to authorities.
The blaze broke out just after noon at the Sierra Pines Wood Manufacturing at 4300 Dominguez Road.
Officials say an ambulance was called because the fire fighter had an elevated heart rate.
He has since been taken to a local Roseville hospital for observation.
