SACRAMENTO (CBS13) -- A house fire on Sacramento's 17th Avenue is under investigation.
Heavy rain fell as firefighters tried to put the flames out on the roof.
Investigators say the house was vacant at the time, and the fire may have started in the living room.
There's no estimate on the cost of the damage caused.
