Elk Grove Runaway Found Safe At A McDonald's

11:20 a.m. Update: Police say the boy has been found safe at a McDonald's on Power Inn and Gerber Roads. He has been reunited with family.

ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Police in Elk Grove are asking for help in finding a runaway boy who is considered at-risk.

William Mann, 12, was last seen at his friend's house on the 9000 block of Camden Lake Way around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, according to the Elk Grove Police Department. Police believe he left the friend's house on a skateboard and hasn't been seen since.

Mann is considered at-risk due to his age, police say.

He was wearing a white shirt with blue sleeves and blue jeans when he was last seen. He was also possibly carrying a basketball.

Anyone who sees Mann or knows where he might be is asked to call the Elk Grove Police Department at (916) 691-5246.
