Elk Grove Police Searching For Armed Taco Bell Robbers
ELK GROVE (CBS13) -- Elk Grove Police are asking for help from the public to identify two masked men who recently robbed a Taco Bell at gunpoint.
On May 27 at 9:15 p.m. the two suspects walked into the restaurant at 6704 Laguna Boulevard and one suspect pointed a gun at the cashier while the other jumped the counter and ordered employees to stuff money into plastic bags. They took the money and left.
They were last seen running down Laguna Park Drive.
One suspect is described as an African American, 20 years old, 5'7" with a thin build. He was wearing a black beanie, white short-sleeve t-shirt, blue jeans, white athletic shoes, and his face was covered with a piece of cloth. The other suspect is described as a Caucasian or Hispanic male, 20 years old, 5'9", weighing 200 pounds. His face was also covered with a piece of cloth. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, white shirt, black pants and black sneakers.
