Elk Grove Man Arrested On Felony Child Porn Distribution Charges
ELK GROVE (CBS13) - An Elk Grove man was arrested Friday afternoon on felony charges of receiving and distributing child pornography.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force received a tip that 25-year-old Humberto Lozano was trading child pornography online and through emails.
Following an investigation, a search warrant was served at Lozano's Elk Grove home in the 5100 block of Dipper Drive.
Sheriff's detectives arrested Lozano at this place of employment in Granite Bay. He was booked into Sacramento County Jail on three felony charges. He is not eligible for bail.
