Driver Investigated For DUI After Crashing Into South Sacramento Home
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A driver was arrested after smashing a car into a south Sacramento home causing a gas leak.
The accident happened around 3:00 a.m. on Valley Green Drive off Valley Hi Drive.
Investigators say the driver was going so fast, the car sheered off the gas meter at the home causing a leak.
The two people inside the home were able to get out unhurt. At least one neighboring home was evacuated until the gas leak could be capped.
The driver is now being investigated for drunk driving.
