Driver Dies After Slamming Into Brick Pillar In Stockton
STOCKTON (CBS13) – A driver has died in Stockton after losing control of his vehicle and slamming head on into a brick pillar, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal crash happened around 9:20 this morning on West Alpine Avenue at Rainier Avenue.
Officers say there is a sharp curve in the road where the accident happened. They also say the driver was traveling at a high rate of speed.
The victim's identity was not immediately available.
