Dozens Arrested In Sacramento County Prostitution Sting
SACRAMENTO COUNTY (CBS13) – A prostitution sting carried out by the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department team has resulted in over two dozen arrests.
The undercover sting was carried out Wednesday, authorities say, at several locations along Watt Avenue.
In total, 25 people – including 1 minor – were arrested on prostitution and related charges. Three more people were arrested on other charges.
The operation was carried out by the Sacramento County Sheriff's North Problem Oriented Policing team.
