Donor pays for 60 dog adoptions at Stanislaus County Animal Services in Modesto
MODESTO — A donor has paid for the adoption of 60 dogs who had been at the shelter the longest.
The Stanislaus County Animal Services Agency told CBS13 last week that 261 dogs needed to find homes; 80 more than what they could fit.
The agency says that some of the adopted dogs have been there for nearly two months.
