Divac: 'Cousins The Most Dominant Player In The World'
Sacramento Kings general manager Vlade Divac made a bold statement after USA's exhibition victory over China on Tuesday night, further reinforcing his stance on his star center DeMarcus Cousins.
When asked if DeMarcus Cousins is the best big man in the league, Divac didn't hold back.
"It's a no-brainer," Kings general manager Vlade Divac said in an interview with CSN Bay Area. "He's the most dominant player in the whole world. And being from Serbia, I have to root for Serbia, but I feel bad for them. He's going to kill them."
The 25-year-old center has been a strong point in this year's Olympic team, averaging 13 points and 11 rebounds (second and first on the team, respectively).
With a team full of some of the world's biggest stars, Cousins has stood out. Although superstars LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Russell Westbrook among others are absent from this year's team, Divac still believes his center is the best in the world.
