Deputies Searching For Masked Gunmen Who Hit Sacramento Credit Union
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) – Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies are searching for several masked gunmen who robbed a credit union this afternoon.
Deputies responded to a silent alarm from the Sacramento Credit Union at 6121 Franklin Boulevard just afternoon.
Witnesses say two masked men entered the credit unon, pulled guns and robbed the tellers. There had been reports that the suspects had tied up people inside the bank, but those reports turned out to be false.
By the time deputies arrived, the two suspects had left the credit union in a maroon getaway car. Deputies say the suspects later abandoned that stolen car and got into another getaway vehicle.
