UPDATED: Abducted Sacramento Child Found In SoCal; Mother Surrenders
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - A Sacramento mother who allegedly abducted her 4-year-old son from his guardian's home turned herself in to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department on Friday.
On Tuesday, 23-year-old Tiffany Massey forcibly took her son, Avery Spears Jr., from his guardian's home in the 4000 block of South Watt Avenue in Sacramento.
Spears was found Thursday in Southern California with another family member.
Massey was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail on two felony charges of burglary and concealing a minor child, and a misdemeanor charge of battery.
