Davis Police Searching For Sexual Assault Suspect
DAVIS (CBS13) — Police are searching for the suspect in a sexual assault in south Davis.
The victim told police her attacker grabbed her then chased her on Friday Night in the area of Cowell Boulevard and Drew Avenue. Investigators say she escaped through a nearby apartment complex.
Police searched the area but couldn't find the suspect. They say the case doesn't appear related to a similar case on the UC Davis campus earlier this month.
