Crews Investigating Massive Fire At Elk Grove Administration Building
ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Multiple fire crews are trying to salvage what they can from a massive fire that raged through an older administration building early Friday morning.
The fire started sometime after midnight in an administration building at the Cosumnes Community Services District on Elk Grove Boulevard, near Elk Grove-Florin Road.
There were no working sprinklers inside the building and crews had to use multiple ladder trucks to keep the flames under control.
The roof collapsed in multiple spots.
Now, crews are trying to save any of the remaining records housed in this administration building.
