Cooler Temperatures To Continue Through Weekend
A mild delta breeze is keeping things quite pleasant in Northern California this weekend.
Temperatures in Sacramento topped out around 90, a couple degrees cooler than we should be this time of year.
Sunday will be a repeat of Saturday; but as we get into next week, expect temperatures to fall even more.
A low pressure system will park off the coast and continue to usher in cooler marine air. That will keep temperatures into the mid to upper 80s for most of the week.
That means our highs will be a good 10 degrees cooler than normal for mid August.
Some models indicate the low will bring in some moisture that could fire off some storms.
The moisture is limited though and should only get storms going over the Sierra next week.
