CHP Officer Arrested For Alleged DUI After Crash
EL DORADO COUNTY(CBS13) - CHP officials say one of their own is accused of driving drunk.
El Dorado County officials arrested 47-year-old Robert Patrick, a captain in the CHP Valley Division, over the weekend for allegedly driving drunk.
Patrick was riding his off duty motorcycle, onMt.Aukum Road when he lost control and crashed.
He was taken to the hospital with moderate injuries and arrested.
