Grant starts off by sharing his thoughts on Derek Jeter, SF Giants injury situation and talks about the NFL lockout latest. Next, Giants hall of fame broadcaster John Miller comes on the show to share classic stories from the Giants club house, John then does a few voice impressions of noted announcers Vin Skully and Bob Sheppard.
In hour two Grant rants on Derek Jeter being selected to the all star team but it's not Jeter's fault because the fans voted for him. After Grants rant, Michael Lombardi from the NFL Network and NFL.com joins the show to give the latest developments on the NFL lockout situation, the free agent market once the lockout is lifted and Mike gives his thoughts on the NBA draft class. Grant closes out the show by taking calls from listeners and reading the text line.
