The Oakland Athletics snapped their three-game losing streak with an 8-5 win over the Minnesota Twins Thursday afternoon at Target Field.
The team had reason to celebrate. Home Plate Umpire Mike Muchlinski, however, didn't find much enthusiasm after taking a pitch to the groin by Santiago Casilla at the bottom of the ninth inning.
Ouch!
