UDPATE: At-Risk Rancho Cordova Senior Found Safe
RANCHO CORDOVA (CBS13) - A Rancho Cordova senior who was reported missing Tuesday night has been found safe.
Richard Syndey Shortt is in the early stages of dementia and didn't return home as expected last night. But this morning he was located and brought home safely, says Sgt. Lisa Bowman, a Rancho Cordova P.D. spokesperson.
