A's Trade Zobrist To Royals
With the trade deadline fast approaching, several moves are being made, especially by the Oakland Athletics who traded away their closer, Tyler Clippard, to the New York Mets yesterday.
Today, the A's traded away Ben Zobrist to the Kansas City Royals.
The A's received right-handed pitcher, Aaron Brooks and left-handed minor league pitcher, Sean Manaea.
The Royals also received cash.
Ben Zobrist is a switch hitter who was batting .268 with 33 RBIs and 6 home runs.
