Armed Suspects Rob Elk Grove UPS Store
ELK GROVE (CBS13) – Elk Grove police are asking for help in identifying two suspects in the armed robbery of a UPS store last Friday.
Police say a suspect armed with a chrome or stainless steel revolver entered a UPS store on Laguna Boulevard and confronted a UPS driver. He then forced the driver behind the counter and ordered another employee to open the cash register.
While the suspect was removing the cash, another suspect entered the store and stood near the employee counter. They then both left the store and ran away toward Tegan Road.
The first suspect is described as a 20-year-old African-American man, 6'2" tall with a medium build. He was wearing a black hooded jacket, gray or blued jeans and a black baseball hat that had a bright green bill. He also had a tattoo in cursive writing under his right eye, and was armed with a handgun.
The second suspect was also described as a 20-year-old African-American man, 5'10" tall. He was also wearing a black hooded jacket with blue jeans and white shoes.
