Armed Robbery Suspect Back Behind Bars After Being Shot By Deputy
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - The man accused of trying to rob employees at a CVS pharmacy in Carmichael on Tuesday is behind bars tonight.
Zecharia Scholes is out of the hospital after being shot by a Sacramento County Sheriff's deputy. Investigators say he held an employee at gunpoint and a deputy shot him fearing for the safety of employees and customers.
Scholes is being held on $150,000 bail.
