11-Month-Old Boy Abducted Out Of San Francisco Found Safe
3:30 p.m. UPDATE: Police say William Brown was spotted at a Big Lots store in Redwood City on Thursday afternoon by people who recognized him from the Amber Alert.
He was with his grandmother, 44-year-old Phoebe Haynes, who was taken into custody.
The boy and grandmother had disappeared from a grocery store Wednesday night where they had been with the boy's mother.

California Highway Patrol says the boy has been found safe.
It is unclear if the boy's gradmother, who is suspected in his abduction, has been taken into custody.
12:05 p.m.
An Amber Alert has been issued for an 11-month-old boy who police say was abducted by a relative in San Francisco on Wednesday night.
The alert for William Brown was issued for San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa, Solano, Santa Clara, and Alameda counties Thursday morning.
The boy is described as black with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt and gray pajamas with images of sharks on them.
Police say the suspect is 44-year-old Phoebe Haynes, a black woman, standing 5 feet tall and weighing 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, a skirt, and boots. Haynes was last seen driving a 2004 white Acura TL, with the California license plate number 7HPY348.
A spokesman for the San Francisco District Attorney's office says Haynes is the boy's grandmother.
