UPDATE: 1-Year-Old Girl Found Safe; Amber Alert Suspect Still At Large

LATHROP (CBS13) - The 1-year-old girl who was reportedly abducted by her father Sunday night has been found safe with relatives, according to the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department.

Jacqueline Martinez was reportedly abducted on Sunday at 9:33 p.m. in Lathrop by her father, 30-year-old Johnathon Martinez, according to Deputy Les Garcia. She was found to be safe with relatives in San Lorenzo at about 7:21 on Monday night, Garcia said.

The Pleasanton Police Department confirmed Monday evening that the suspect's vehicle, a 1999 silver GMC Yukon, was found at Stoneridge Mall. There was no sign of Martinez, however.

Martinez made threats toward himself and the child and threatened not to return the child, according to Garcia.

It's unknown if Martinez is armed.

Jacqueline was reported missing by her mother after Martinez reportedly grabbed the girl away from her.
