Crash Leaves CHP Patrol Car Mangled On Highway 88 In Amador County
AMADOR COUNTY (CBS13) — A California Highway Patrol officer was involved in a crash that left the patrol car mangled.
The incident happened along Highway 88, near Inspiration Drive East, in Amador County.
Exactly what led up to the crash is unclear, but the patrol car was left in very bad shape. The officer has been airlifted to the hospital as a precaution, however.
According to the CHP, the officer suffered major non-life threatening injuries.
No other information about the crash has been released at this point.
