Alleged Lodi Child Rapist Caught After Massive Manhunt

STOCKTON (CBS13) — A registered sex offender on the run since last Thursday night was arrested after an around-the-clock manhunt by Lodi Police and U.S. Marshals.

John Ganoe is accused of luring a 13-year-old girl to a motel on Cherokee Lane and raping her. He allegedly held her at knifepoint overnight, threatening the girl not to leave. Police say he finally released her the next morning. He then vanished.
