Albuquerque Declares November "Holly Holm" Month
To honor Holly Holm for her recent upset against bantamweight champion, Ronda Rousey in the second round of UFC 193, Albuquerque has declared November as "Holly Holm Month."
The Albuquerque native has received a lot of attention since last week's victory. The city's love affair with the newest UFC champion reached new heights when City Councilor Dan Lewis recently signed a proclamation to make November "Holly Holm Month" in Albuquerque.
