ROSEVILLE (CBS13) - Roseville Police detectives have arrested three suspects in a fast-food restaurant robbery carried out in July, including a woman who was working at the restaurant when it was robbed.
Tito Luis Ruiz Hernandez, 22, of Elk Grove and Seville Dupree Butler, 23, of Sacramento were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of carrying out the robbery of the Carl's Jr. restaurant at 4002 Foothills Blvd on July 22.
Detectives also arrested Butler's girlfriend, Maria Isabel Perez-Vasquez, 21, of Roseville on suspicion of helping them plan and carry out the robbery. Perez-Vasquez was working when the restaurant was robbed.
Hernandez and Butler entered the restaurant wearing masks and gloves and displaying weapons - one was armed with a handgun and the other with a knife. They ordered the employees and a customer into the freezer, took money from the business and the customer's wallet and cell phone.
The three were arrested on Placer Superior Court warrants charging robbery, conspiracy and special allegations of using a firearm and a dangerous weapon in the commission of the robbery.
They're all being held in the Placer County Jail on $100,000 bail.
