1 Dead, 3 Injured In Crash On Garden Highway
SACRAMENTO (CBS13) - One person has died following a two-car collision on Garden Highway in Sacramento.
The crash happened just before noon, according to Sacramento police. A Mazda was reportedly traveling eastbound on Garden Highway when it crossed the center divide and slammed into a car coming from the other direction.
The driver of the Mazda, a 70-year-old woman, died at the scene. Two adults and an infant were inside the other vehicle. All three were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Garden Highway between Northgate and Truxel has been re-opened.
